Fees are $100 per 50 minute session and are payable at the end of each session by etransfer to treasurer@hlcf-emc.org.
Costs for services are eligible for reimbursement from your benefit insurance provider. A receipt will be provided after each session.
Approved NIHB provider. Costs for services can be directly billed to NIHB so clients are not required to pay out of pocket.
Cancellations are permitted. No charge with 24 hour notice.
